If you can answer these questions you’ve probably grasped the meanin of life‏.

  • Why do we press harder on a remote control when we know the batteries are flat?
  • Why do banks charge a fee on “insufficient funds” when they know there is not enough?
  • Why does someone believe you when you say there are four billion stars, but check when you say the paint is wet?
  • Why doesn’t glue stick to the bottle?
  • Why do they use sterilised needles for death by lethal injection?
  • Why doesn’t Tarzan have a beard?
  • Why does Superman stop bullets with his chest, but ducks when you throw a gun at him!
  • Why do Kamikaze pilots wear helmets?
  • Whose idea was it to put an “S” in the word “lisp”?
  • What is the speed of darkness?
  • Are there specially reserved parking spaces for non-disabled people at The Special Olympics?
  • If you send someone ‘Styrofoam’, how do you pack it?
  • If the temperature is zero outside today and it’s going to be twice as cold tomorrow, how cold will it be?
  • If people evolved from apes, why are there still apes?
  • If it’s true that we are here to help others, what are the others doing here?
  • Do married people live longer than single ones or does it only seem longer?
  • If someone with a split personality threatens to commit suicide, is it a hostage situation?
  • Can you cry under water?
  • What level of importance must a person have, before they are considered assassinated instead of just murdered?
  • If money doesn’t grow on trees then why do banks have branches?
  • Why does a round pizza come in a square box?
  • How is it that we put man on the moon before we figured out it would be a good idea to put wheels on bigger suitcases?
  • Why is it that people say they “slept like a baby” when babies wake up, like, every two hours?
  • If a deaf person has to go to court, is it still called a hearing?
  • Why do people pay to go up tall buildings and then put money in binoculars to look at things on the ground?
  • Why do doctors, when they ask you to strip, leave the room or close the cubicle curtain while you change? ………… they’re still going to see you naked anyway.

A philosophy professor stood before his class and had some items infront of him. When class began, wordlessly he picked up a large empty mayonnaise jar and proceeded to fill it with rocks right to the top, rocks about 2″ in diameter. He then asked the students if the jar was full? They agreed that it was.

So the professor then picked up a box of pebbles and poured them into the jar. He shook the jar lightly. The pebbles, of course, rolled into the open areas between the rocks. The students laughed. He asked his students again if the jar was full. They agreed that yes, it was.

The professor then picked up a box of sand and poured it into the jar. Of course, the sand filled up everything else.

“Now,” said the professor, “I want you to recognise that this is your life.

The rocks are the important things – your faith, your beliefs, your family, your partner, your health, your children – anything that is so important to you that if it were lost, you would be nearly destroyed.

The pebbles are the other things in life that matter, but on a smaller scale. The pebbles represent things like your job, your house, your car, etc. The sand is everything else. The small stuff.

If you put the sand or the pebbles into your life first, there is no room for the rocks. The same goes for your life.

If you spend all your energy and time on the small stuff, material things, you will never have room for the things that are truly most important. Pay attention to the things that are critical in your life. Play with your children and spend quality time with your spouse. There will always be time to go to work, clean the house, fix the car, etc.

Take care of the rocks first – the things that really matter. The rest is just pebbles and sand.”

Mozilla, the company behind the Firefox browser, has released technology that helps websites detect the physical location of computers.

The system will allow users, for instance, to find local restaurants when they travel to a new town.

The Geode project is an experimental add-on ahead of a full blown launch of geolocation technology in version 3.1 of Firefox.

Users will have control over how much location information they give.

It uses technology from a firm called Skyhook which works out a computer’s location from nearby wireless networks.

Its so-called Loki system can determine location within seconds with an accuracy of about 10 to 20 metres.

I added email address (myclientname@googlemail.com) in my Google Analytics account. After some time, I received an email from my client that they can’t see data in Google Analytics. I had the full access for my client email and I logged on Google Analytics and I was unable to see profile in dropdown menu. It was strange and I start looking into this.

To further investigate this I added my Gmail address (myemail@gmail.com) in Google Analytics profile and everything was working fine. I need to fix this problem and after spending an hour on different options, finally I got the solution.

When I login Google Analytics as myclientname@googlemail.com, Google Analytics consider that as myclientname@gmail.com. So, I give access to myclientname@gmail.com and I was able to see data in Google Analytics.
